A genius is potent not only for the change and innovation they can personally create in the world, but also for the state change and action they can inspire in others.The Genius 100 Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that supports impactful humanitarian and environmental initiatives around the globe. Its 100 Visionaries, including Jose Miguel Sokoloff and Obiageli Ezekwesili as well as 16 Nobel Laureates and many highly decorated international global leaders, are the corner-stone of the G100 community - a spirited, productive collective entity that continues to evolve and flourish - celebrating imagination, innovation and exploration, and harnessing the positive and purposeful impact they can have on our world.

Work entered in this category is not only creative, but has that ineffable genius quality that inspires action to create impact. Judged by 3 members of the incredible Genius100 collective, entrants must show the jury the objective, strategy, tactics and results of their effort.

Entry fees into the Genius 100 Inspiration Award category will be donated to the Himalayan Cataract Project.

Among her many accolades, she is recognized by Time Magazine as one of the time-100 most influential people and by New York Times as one of the 25 women of impact for 2015. She is the Co-Founder of Transparency International and bring back our girls.

James Caan

New York born and raised, world famous legendary actor, with over 50 years of award-winning and commercially successful roles. For his contributions to the film industry, Caan was inducted into the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1978. Amongst his many charitable endeavors, he serves as Global Ambassador of the Genius 100 Foundation.

About The Himalayan Cataract Project (HCP):
The Himalayan Cataract Project (HCP) is committed to eradicating unnecessary blindness with the highest quality care at low cost. Globally, 36 million people suffer from blindness –half from treatable cataracts. HCP provides critical eye care services, training for ophthalmic professionals, and enhanced eye care infrastructure where they are needed most. The organization and its global partners have screened over 12 million people, trained 18,000 eye care professionals from 43 countries, and performed more than one million sight-restoring surgeries, a life-changing procedure that can be completed in less than 10 minutes.
